I do love how post-Cold War we have completely turned on its head the concept of the Russian babushka.
I'm always reminded of how my father was confused by that old stereotype as a young boy in San Francisco. When the Russian neighbors moved in across the hall he though the daughter was actually quite attractive.
Let's see:
1. Blonde
2. Tall
3. Genetic predisposition to "fullness"
4. Insanely hot accent
Yeah, that's a pretty good combo.
Its getting better too... The Hungarian women's chess champion is just astonishingly good-looking.
